Series Preview 4/28-4/30: CLE vs. SEA

The Cleveland Indians (12-9) and Seattle Mariners (10-13) open a three-game series after the AL West counterpart won four of the seven contests between the two clubs in 2016. In the Terry Francona era, the Tribe is 14-13 against Seattle dating back to the 2013 campaign. The road nine is running out a shorthanded roster courtesy of injuries to Nelson Cruz (leg cramp), Mitch Haniger (strained right oblique), Felix Hernandez (right shoulder bursitis) and Steve Cishek (left hip). Aside from Cody Anderson (TJ surgery), Cleveland is fully healthy.
